Daily Flavor #13: General End of ’22 Update.
The Official Newsletter of the FlavorVerse
Hey, everyone!
Just wanted to give a little rundown of where I’m at, and thoughts I have going forward, so this will be more of a blog of potential thoughts I’ve been cooking up.
Possible Stop Motion Film For Lake Melancholy
I’ve found it possible to make a Stop Motion Film for Lake Melancholy, I’m looking into the actuality of it all, but this would end up being more of a teaser or a trailer than an actual film, but I think it would be awesome, and allow me to direct something small scale to introduce further into the world of A Cryptid Adventure.
Story Releases
I’ve been doing a lot of behind the scenes creative work for the FlavorVerse, getting situated to be able to push the FlavorVerse to the next step in its process.
The next step will be the Story Releases.
This is becoming a major priority for me, and I’m trying to find ways to do this in a way that makes sense to tell the stories I’ve been writing. In addition to the written content, I will be making the stories as pieces of content, so that those who aren’t readers can enjoy the story I’m putting forth as well.
I’ve been writing the stories and lore for Web3 brands over the past year, and I feel that this has given me a strong feel for how I want to release my stories.
I will then begin to release the actual stories that I’ve written. I am currently working on releasing 3 projects:
- A Cryptid Adventure: The Summoning in Shangri-La
- 2184: Volume 1 (The Capture of the Geleiid) Part 1
- Toy Saga: The Ides of Project
A Cryptid Adventure and Toy Saga are both books getting closer to being finished. With A Cryptid Adventure, I want to try a release schedule of chapters, with art I make to coincide with each chapter.
The goal will be to self-publish these books, and eventually get them made into animated series.
2184: Volume 1, Part 1 is the first part of the trilogy, 2184. This was always meant to be the first film series in the FlavorVerse.
The FlavorVerse is a connected universe, and I’ve spent a lot of time deciding the order of release.
